From Joining to Support — Simple, Clear, Transparent

Tadfeen Trust is a community mutual-welfare platform. People join a community and contribute together when a member faces death, an accident or job loss. The money goes to the family the member nominated.

Everything is recorded: who paid, how much was collected, and who received it. Nothing moves without a trail.

Open the site and choose Create New Account on the landing page. You need your name, email or mobile, and a password.

Once signed in, complete your Personal Information — every field is required, because your member card and your family's claim depend on it. Then you can search for a community and ask to join.

Four steps.

1. Join a community, or create one and wait for the Global Admin to approve it.
2. Complete your profile, nominate your beneficiaries and get your member card.
3. When a case is raised — a death, accident or job loss — a collection opens and every member owes the same amount.
4. You pay your share, your supervisor or the community verifies it, and the total goes to the affected family.

Your payment card shows what you have contributed and what is still due.

Go to Community, search by name, city or country, and open one that is accepting members. Send a join request, naming the supervisor who referred you if you have one.

The request goes to that supervisor first. If they accept, it goes to the community admin for final approval. You are a member only after that second approval.

Any registered user can apply, but only one community each. Open Community and choose Create, then give the name, country, city, monthly contribution, currency and which kinds of support it covers — death, accident, job loss, or any combination.

The request goes to the Global Admin. Once approved, the community goes live and you become its Community Admin. From then on you cannot create another.

Global Admin → Community Admin → Supervisors → Members.

Each community has one admin, who can appoint up to fifty supervisors. Each supervisor looks after a group of members: collecting contributions, checking evidence and handling the first stage of join requests.

The community is told first: a notice goes out naming the member, and evidence of the event is attached to the record.

A collection then opens. Every remaining member contributes the same amount, and the case card carries the member's details, their beneficiaries and the shares each one receives.

Once the funds are collected they are handed to the nominated beneficiaries, and the handover is recorded in the Money Trail. The member's profile is closed at that point — it stays visible so the community keeps its record, but nothing on it can be changed again, and they no longer count towards future collections.

The same process, with one difference: the member stays fully active.

A collection is raised in their name, members contribute, and the funds go to them rather than to beneficiaries. Their account, card and profile carry on as normal — only the case is recorded.
