Plunger metering pump, up to 240 L/h at up to 130 bar

JWL series: plunger metering pumps for accurate, repeatable dosing of chemicals and additives. 24 models from 13 to 240 L/h, with pressure up to 130 bar. Pump-head and diaphragm materials are chosen for your liquid; send us the chemical, concentration and temperature and we will confirm the right head.

Hard, compact design with small pump head; plunger contacts the medium directly, with low transmission loss at high pressure
Variable eccentric adjustment for smooth flow pulsation
Multi-channel combination seal of graphite fibre + GSJ for wear and corrosion resistance and long packing life
Not for corrosive pulp or flammable, explosive, dangerous chemicals
Power 380 V three-phase, 220 V single-phase or three-phase, 50/60 Hz; variable-frequency control (4–20 mA), on/off motor control, or electric stroke controller
