Vertical cooling-tower circulation pump

LLT (coaxial)

Coaxial vertical cooling-tower circulation pumps, DN65–DN150

Single-stage, single-suction, non-self-priming vertical pumps with horizontal inlet and outlet, built for large flow at low head. The pump shaft and motor shaft are coaxial, giving a small footprint and light weight. Impeller and pump shaft are stainless steel; the pump body and head are resin-sand cast iron HT200 with a smooth finish.

  • Large flow, low head: 30–300 m³/h, up to 8.9 m
  • Liquid temperature -15 to +100 °C, working pressure up to 6 bar
  • Coaxial structure, small footprint, in-line DN65–DN150 flanges
  • Cooling-tower and condenser water circulation, unit-equipment cooling

Technical data

Liquid temperature

  • -15 to +100 °C

Ambient conditions

  • Up to +40 °C

Motor

  • TEFC motor, IP55, insulation class F; 50 Hz 1×220 V, 3×380 V

Supply voltage

  • 1 x 220 V
  • 3 x 380 V

Typical applications

  • Water circulation of closed cooling towers and condensers
  • Cooling of various unit equipment
  • Large-flow, low-head duties

Pumped liquid

  • Clean, thin, non-erosive, non-flammable and non-explosive liquids without solid particles or fibres that could damage the pump mechanically or chemically. A viscous or dense liquid lowers the characteristic curve and increases energy consumption.

Data basis

  • 50 Hz, 2900 / 1450 / 1480 rpm, 20 °C clean water without foreign matter, measured at 3×380 V; use within the bold part of each curve

Performance values are taken from the published CNP catalogue data. Our engineers confirm the final selection for your liquid, temperature, supply and site before quoting.
