Hydraulic diaphragm metering pump, up to 3,065 L/h at up to 90 bar

RZ series: hydraulic diaphragm metering pumps for accurate, repeatable dosing of chemicals and additives. 20 models from 272 to 3065 L/h, with pressure up to 90 bar. Pump-head and diaphragm materials are chosen for your liquid; send us the chemical, concentration and temperature and we will confirm the right head.

Worm-gear drive with eccentric parts; one-way valve structure with parallel connection, serviceable without removing the pipeline
Hydraulic drive diaphragm; built-in adjustable safety valve; clasp flange interface easy to install
Flow adjustment when stopped or running; pressure-type double diaphragm detection (local/remote) and alarm
Power 380 V three-phase, 220 V single-phase or three-phase, 50/60 Hz; variable-frequency control with 4–20 mA signal, or on/off motor control
