Plunger metering pump, up to 75 L/h at up to 200 bar

JW series: plunger metering pumps for accurate, repeatable dosing of chemicals and additives. 19 models from 0.9 to 75 L/h, with pressure up to 200 bar. Pump-head and diaphragm materials are chosen for your liquid; send us the chemical, concentration and temperature and we will confirm the right head.

Hard, compact design with small pump head and optimized connection
Plunger contacts the medium directly: high volumetric efficiency
Suitable for non-solid media, high-viscosity and corrosive or toxic media in high-pressure environments; not recommended for corrosive pulp, flammable, explosive or dangerous chemicals

Graphite-fibre packing for superior sealing and long life
Power 380 V three-phase, 220 V single-phase, 50 Hz; variable-frequency control (4–20 mA) or on/off motor control
